Refund Policy
Please make sure you read carefully and go through the payments with full knowledge of this matter.
1. No Refunds Unless Cancelled: The event is non-refundable unless officially canceled by the organizers. Cancellation will be announced via email, Instagram (@vahidtaba @java_events), and other social media.
2. Refund Processing: If canceled, refunds will be issued within three weeks, processed through banking systems. Java Events are legally liable for refunds in this case.
3. Postponement Policy: If postponed due to force majeure (war, pandemic, visa/travel issues, illness, venue damage) within 90-120 days, no refunds will be issued. Tickets remain valid. However, individual refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact: (647)-479-4420.
4. Refund Eligibility for Postponements: Refunds for force majeure cases (travel, war, illness, school/university) require written proof.
5. Onsite Disruptions: If an event disaster occurs (e.g., power outage, earthquake, terrorism) during the event, refunds will be issued within one month.
6. Strict Policy: Refunds are only granted for force majeure situations where attendance is impossible, and ticket transfers are not feasible.
7. Commitment to Quality: Java events host over 50 shows yearly. While unforeseen circumstances may arise, we prioritize delivering an exceptional experience for all attendees.
